Summary

This study tested whether a special online mindfulness course could improve mental well-being for 30 UK dietitians. Participants either took the course right away or waited. The researchers measured resilience, stress, and burnout before, right after, and 3 and 6 months later. The goal was to see if mindfulness can help dietitians handle job pressure better.
