First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether a special 4-week online mindfulness course could improve the mental well-being of registered dietitians in the UK. Thirty dietitians took part, with some attending the course and others serving as a comparison group. Researchers measured their resilience, stress, and burnout levels before, right after, and 3 and 6 months later. The goal was to see if mindfulness can help dietitians cope better with work pressures.
