Mindfulness program aims to ease depression symptoms and stress

Summary
This study will test whether an 8-week mindfulness-based psychoeducation program can reduce depression symptoms, improve stress tolerance, and help with emotion regulation in adults diagnosed with major depression. About 70 outpatients in Gaziantep, Turkey, who have been treated for depression for at least 6 months will take part. The program adds a group learning approach to standard care, focusing on mindful awareness skills.
