Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness education program could help people with anxiety disorders. Fifty participants were randomly assigned to either take the mindfulness course or receive no special program. Researchers measured changes in stress, fear of uncertainty, and mental flexibility before, after, and one month following the program.
