Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness training program could help adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders. Fifty participants were randomly assigned to either take the mindfulness course or receive no intervention. Researchers measured changes in stress levels, ability to tolerate uncertainty, and mental flexibility before, after, and one month following the program.
