New Mind-Body program aims to ease Seniors' chronic back pain

Summary

This study is testing a program that combines mindfulness therapy with exercise to help older adults better manage chronic low back pain. Researchers want to see if this approach reduces pain and improves daily function and quality of life more than standard back care education. The study involves about 100 participants aged 60 and older who have had persistent back pain.
