This study looked at whether a mindfulness program called Mindfulness-based Peak Performance (MBPP) helps athletes run longer under pressure. 97 athletes aged 18-30 took part. Researchers measured endurance, stress hormones, and brain activity to see if mindfulness improves performance and mental focus.
