NCT ID NCT07392632
Summary
This study aims to see if a specially designed mindfulness phone app can help improve mental health for university students experiencing mild to moderate depressive symptoms. It will involve 120 students in Hong Kong, who will either use the app for 4 weeks or be placed on a waitlist for comparison. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, stress, and well-being to see if the app is effective.
