First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tested a new smartphone app that uses mindfulness exercises to help cancer survivors quit smoking. Twelve participants used the app and attended counseling sessions, then rated how much they liked the app and how helpful it was. The goal was to see if the app was easy and enjoyable to use, not to measure quit rates.
