Summary

This study is testing whether a daily mindfulness app can help people who are in treatment for opioid addiction and who also experienced trauma as children. Researchers want to see if participants will use the app and if it helps lower their stress levels. The study involves 60 people who will use the app for 30 days and have their stress checked through surveys, blood tests, and heart rate measurements.
