Summary

This study is testing whether a daily mindfulness meditation app can help reduce anxiety and improve well-being for women undergoing IVF fertility treatments. Researchers will compare 150 women who use the app during their treatment to a group receiving standard care. The main goal is to see if the app helps lower stress and improves quality of life during this challenging process.
