Can a phone app with games and texts curb college drinking?
NCT ID NCT07170202
Summary
This study is testing whether sending daily text messages and including a game in a mindfulness phone app makes Black male college students more likely to use it. The goal is to see if using the app more often can help reduce risky drinking habits and stress. About 40 eligible students will use the app for 28 days and answer surveys about their experience.
