Summary

This pilot study tested whether a telehealth mindfulness program could help people recover after lumbar spine surgery. 67 adults who had back surgery were randomly assigned to either mindfulness training or health education sessions over 8 weeks. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and helpful for reducing pain and improving function.
