Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called MindfulCityU can help university students with mild depression feel better. About 120 students will either use the app for 8 weeks or be placed on a waiting list. The app teaches mindfulness through online modules, and researchers will check for improvements in mood, stress, and overall well-being.
