Summary
This study tests a new program that combines mindful eating with motivational interviewing to help reduce binge eating in adults with overweight. About 100 participants will take online surveys, provide body measurements and glucose samples, and meditate daily. Some will also receive brief counseling sessions to see if the program is practical and well-liked.
