Summary
This study tested whether adding mindful eating training to a standard weight-loss diet helps people with obesity better control their food cravings and lose weight. Researchers compared 82 adults on a diet alone to those who also received mindful eating lessons. They measured changes in eating habits, cravings, and body measurements like weight and waist size.
