Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mindful eating group could help people who had weight loss surgery. Researchers wanted to see if learning mindful eating could reduce overeating, improve mood, and decrease anxiety. The study involved 45 participants who attended the group sessions and filled out surveys about their eating habits and feelings.
