Summary
This study tested an online mindful compassion program to help women in hospice care improve their sexual function and overall quality of life after cancer treatment. Twenty-two women participated in a four-week online program, with some starting immediately and others waiting. The goal was to see if learning mindful compassion techniques could help ease the sexual difficulties and emotional distress that often follow cancer.
