Summary
This pilot study tested a personalized program combining physical activity, cognitive training, and nutritional advice to prevent mobility disability in 210 older adults who were frail or pre-frail. Participants were 60 years or older and lived in the community. The goal was to see if this multi-domain approach could help them maintain the ability to walk 400 meters, a key measure of independence.
