Summary

This study is testing a mind-body program called DNRS for people with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) who may also have Long COVID. The program uses brain retraining to help reduce symptoms like fatigue, pain, and anxiety. Researchers will measure quality of life, daily activity, and sleep in 200 adults over several months. The goal is to see if this approach can improve well-being for those with these serious conditions.
