Summary

This study tests whether adding passive body heating (using a sauna blanket) to an online insomnia therapy program helps people sleep better. 40 adults with insomnia will receive the online therapy, and half will also use the sauna blanket for 15 minutes before bed. The goal is to see if the combined approach is acceptable and effective.
