Summary
This study tested a training program to help parole officers manage job stress and burnout. It taught staff meditation, breathing exercises, and other mind-body techniques to increase resilience and reduce anxiety. The program aimed to see if these skills improved officers' well-being and their ability to work with parolees, but the study was terminated early.
