Can laughter and art ease the emotional burden of cancer?

Summary
This study aims to see if mind-body therapies like mindfulness, laughter yoga, or art therapy can improve the quality of life and reduce emotional distress for people living with cancer. It will follow 150 patients who choose to participate in one of these therapy programs at specific centers in Switzerland. Researchers will use standard questionnaires to measure changes in patients' well-being and emotional state before and after the 8-week therapy.
