Can yoga and mindfulness fix healthcare Workers' sleep?
NCT ID NCT05789212
Summary
This study tested whether a personalized mind-body program could help middle-aged women working in healthcare sleep longer and better. Sixty participants tried different combinations of mindfulness, yoga, and guided walking over 12 weeks while tracking their sleep with Fitbits. The goal was to see if these non-drug approaches could meaningfully improve sleep for this stressed, sleep-deprived group.
