Summary

This study tested whether a telehealth program teaching mind-body skills could help rural veterans manage chronic pain. Forty veterans participated in a 12-session video group program. The main goals were to see if the program was feasible, acceptable, and helpful for reducing pain interference. Results will guide a larger future study.
