Summary
This pilot study tested whether a telehealth program teaching mind-body skills (like relaxation and gentle movement) could help rural veterans manage chronic pain. Forty veterans participated in 12 online group sessions. The study aimed to see if the program was feasible, acceptable, and helpful for reducing pain interference in daily life.
