Summary
This study looked at how mind-body exercise (like yoga or tai chi) compares to a wellness education program in changing gut bacteria in people with osteoarthritis. 72 adults aged 55 and older with knee or hip arthritis took part. The goal was to gather information for a larger future study, not to prove a treatment works.
