Summary
This study is testing if adding two mind-based therapies to standard physical rehabilitation helps people with Parkinson's disease. Participants will watch videos of movements and mentally practice them to see if it improves their balance, daily function, and quality of life. The goal is to see if these mental exercises provide extra benefit beyond conventional rehab.
