Heart drug showdown: which works best after bypass?

Summary
This study compares two drugs, milrinone and epinephrine, to treat right ventricle dysfunction after heart surgery using a heart-lung machine. About 102 adults aged 18-70 with mild heart problems will be randomly assigned to one drug. The goal is to see which drug better improves heart function right after surgery.
