Summary

This study tests whether partially replacing wheat with millets or Bengal gram flour in flatbreads (rotis) can improve blood sugar control and help reverse prediabetes. Researchers will monitor 140 adults with prediabetes over three months, measuring immediate and long-term glucose levels. The goal is to find a simple, tasty dietary change that lowers blood sugar without medication.
