First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether replacing half the wheat in rotis with millets, barley, or gram flour can lower blood sugar and help reverse prediabetes. About 140 adults with prediabetes will eat these special rotis for three months while researchers track their glucose levels and HbA1c. The goal is to see if a simple diet swap can improve glycemic control without medication.
