Summary

This study is testing a weekend relationship retreat program called 'Get Better Together' for military couples. Researchers want to see if the program helps couples handle stress better together, improves their relationship skills, and reduces problems like alcohol misuse, aggression, and suicidal thoughts. The study will compare couples who attend the retreat to couples who receive online relationship materials later.
