Summary

This study tests whether a low-level electric current applied to a specific brain area can improve word-finding in military veterans who have had a mild or moderate traumatic brain injury. 136 participants will receive either real or fake stimulation and be followed for 3 months. The goal is to see if this safe, non-invasive technique can ease memory retrieval problems.
