This study reviews medical records of 4500 adults with mild head injury to see how often serious complications like brain bleeding occur. It compares two common rules (Canadian CT Head Rule and NEXUS) to see which better predicts problems. The goal is to improve emergency care and reduce unnecessary CT scans.
