Summary

This study tests a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can reduce migraine headache intensity, disability, and sleep problems. About 102 adults with episodic migraine will receive either real or sham stimulation three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, sleep quality, and heart rate variability to see if the treatment works.
