Summary

This study looked at whether combining posture correction with a gentle neck therapy called sustained natural apophyseal glides can reduce migraine pain and disability. 44 adults with episodic migraines took part. Researchers measured pain levels, quality of life, and how much migraines interfered with daily activities over 4 weeks.
