This study tests if blocking a small artery in the head (the middle meningeal artery) with a special glue can prevent chronic migraines in people who haven't responded to other treatments. About 70 adults aged 18-65 with refractory chronic migraine will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the procedure safely reduces the number of migraine days.
