Which migraine pill works best? major study launches

Summary
This study compares three oral medications—atogepant (newer), topiramate, and propranolol (older)—to see which prevents migraines better and is easier to tolerate. About 1,335 adults with migraine will be randomly assigned to one of the drugs and track their headaches for 12 weeks. The goal is to find the most effective option with the fewest side effects.
