Personalized physiotherapy shows promise for migraine relief

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized physiotherapy program—including exercises and education—can reduce pain, fatigue, and improve daily function in people with migraine. Fifty adults with migraine will be randomly assigned to either the personalized program or standard physiotherapy. Results will be measured after 8 weeks and at follow-up.
