Personalized physiotherapy aims to tame migraine pain and fatigue

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized physiotherapy program—including exercises and education—can reduce pain, fatigue, and improve physical function in people with migraine. About 50 adults with migraine will be randomly assigned to either the personalized program or standard physiotherapy for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if tailored care offers extra relief beyond usual treatment.
