Summary
This study is testing whether a new nasal spray called PRT-064040 can relieve migraine pain and symptoms. Researchers will compare the spray to a placebo in 456 adults who experience moderate to severe migraines. The main goal is to see how many people become pain-free within 2 hours of using the spray.
