Summary
This study tests a new nasal spray called PRT-064040 for treating moderate to severe migraines quickly. About 456 people aged 18-75 with a history of migraines will receive either the spray or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the spray can stop pain and the most bothersome symptoms within 2 hours.
