ER migraine showdown: which pill works faster?

Summary

This study tests whether rimegepant (Nurtec ODT) works better than rizatriptan (Maxalt MLT-ODT) for treating migraine headaches in the emergency department. About 80 adults with acute migraine will receive one of the two drugs, and their pain levels will be checked at 60 and 120 minutes. The goal is to find which medication provides faster and more effective relief.
