Head-to-Head: which drug better shields kids from migraines?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two existing drugs, flunarizine or propranolol, works better to prevent migraines in children. It will involve 44 kids aged 8 to 15 who have frequent migraines. Researchers will measure how much each drug reduces the children's headache-related disability over time.
