New study tests if coping training eases migraine pain

Summary
This study looks at whether a personalized coping skills training program can help people with migraine manage pain, improve quality of life, and reduce disability. About 60 adults with migraine will take part, and researchers will track their progress over 6 months. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach offers lasting relief.
