This study followed 100 adults with migraine who received a treatment called pulsed radiofrequency to a nerve at the back of the head. Researchers measured changes in pain sensitivity, skin tenderness, and migraine-related disability over 3 months. The goal was to see if this treatment can reduce the brain's over-sensitivity to pain and improve daily life.
