First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study aims to understand how migraine affects the brain's ability to control itself. Researchers will use a safe, non-invasive technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to measure brain activity in 20 migraine patients and 20 healthy people. The goal is to see if there are differences in how the motor cortex inhibits signals, which could help explain migraine symptoms.
