Summary

This study looks at how cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) changes the brain in people aged 40-60 with major depression. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure brain structure, connections, and blood flow before and after CBT. The goal is to understand why some people improve and how therapy might prevent future memory problems.
