Summary

This study tests whether adding digital nutrition education (via SMS or group sessions) to daily micronutrient supplements helps reduce anemia in 1,200 Tanzanian adolescents aged 15-19. Participants receive supplements and basic nutrition info, with some getting extra digital reminders and interactive sessions. The goal is to see if these digital tools improve supplement use and lower anemia rates over 9 months.
