Summary

This study tests if microneedling, combined with a natural growth factor injection, can thicken thin gums around dental implants. Twenty people aged 18-34 with thin gums will receive either the injection alone or with microneedling. The goal is to improve gum health and appearance using a simple, minimally invasive method.
