Can 'Microdose' workouts ease debilitating fibromyalgia pain?
NCT ID NCT07483216
Summary
This study is testing a new, gentle exercise program designed for women with fibromyalgia, a condition that causes widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers want to see if very small, controlled doses of leg-strengthening exercise on a special machine can help reduce pain, improve strength, and enhance quality of life. The 8-week program aims to be easier to stick with than traditional workouts, which can be hard to do with chronic pain.
